Development Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the current Playing Possum version 0.1.0-qa development build. They are not final commercial terms and conditions.
Non-commercial QA build. Features, balance, saved data and availability may change while the game is being built. Do not treat this build or website as a public store release.
Development use
This is a development build, not a commercial release. It is provided for local QA and evaluation. Features, content, balance, interface, saved data format and availability may change without a release schedule.
No real-money offer
No billing service is connected to this build. Premium content, diamond packs and purchase restoration cannot be bought or unlocked through the development build. Any store-style surface is a locked development preview unless a real billing service is later connected and validated.
Local progress
Progress and settings are stored locally. You can reset local progression from Settings. Development updates may require save migration, and a QA build should not be relied on for permanent or transferable progress.
No service promise
The build has no account, cloud transfer, support form, analytics service, crash reporting or third-party advertising service connected. The website does not promise uptime, updates, compatibility, public access or support response.
Final release terms pending
Final release terms have not been published. Playing Possum is published under the Neroxa brand and French law applies to the website. No release date, price, age rating or commercial launch promise is made here. Contact information@neroxa.fr for support or legal questions.
